Who are we looking for?
Anyone who likes to spend time in an active way. We play at two levels: beginner and intermediate. Don't worry if you are just starting out with Sqush. At the first meeting, the coach will explain the rules and introduce you to the game.
Participants in our training sessions must be of legal age.
How can you join?
If you want to take part in regular Squash training join our Facebook group. All important information and training forms are published there. Only those who are signed up for training can take part.

When and how do we train?
Technical training with a coach
Currently training takes place twice a week, on 4 levels with a professional Squash coach.A maximum of 6 people can sign up for training. Training then takes place on two courts.
Tuesday
18:00 advanced group (Level B and A)
19:00 intermediate group (Level C)
20:00 beginners' group (Level D)
Sunday
17:00 beginners group (Level D)
18:00 intermediate group (Level C)
19:00 advanced group (Level B and A)
Free play
After training, we organise an additional hour of social play where you can polish newly learned skills from training.
Tuesday
19:00 Advanced group (Levels B and A)
20:00 Social game mixed group (Levels A - D)
Sunday
18:00 beginners group (Level D)
19:00 intermediate group (Level C)
20:00 Sparring with Mateusz (organised by Racquet Squash Club in cooperation with our coach, but importantly it is an all-access class, so other players from outside our section appear there) (Levels A - C)
How much does training cost?
For free play, the only charge is the cost of the court.
The cost of the court according to the Racquet Squash Club price list.
With the Multisport card there is a discount of 15 PLN/person per court. You can use a maximum of two Multisport cards per court.
The cost of training with a trainer depends on the number of people, according to the following:
5-6 people - PLN 30 per person + cost of the court,
4 people - PLN 35 per person + cost of the court,
3 people - PLN 40 per person + court cost,
2 persons - PLN 60 per person + court cost.
In addition, it is possible to arrange individual training with a coach - the cost is PLN 120 per hour + the cost of the court.
It is possible to rent a racket (PLN 10) and a ball (PLN 3) on site.
